Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RS Path ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

RS Path is a Revenue Control & Sales Governance SaaS platform that provides deal pipeline management, discount governance, proposal tracking, organizational hierarchy management, role-based access control, and audit trail capabilities.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Each user account is for a single individual and must not be shared.
• Account administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or system components.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform.
• Upload malicious code or content that could harm the Service or its users.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into the Service, including deal records, client information, proposals, and organizational data. RS Path does not claim ownership of your content. We are granted a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Subscription & Payment

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan.
• Prices are quoted in د.إ and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RS Path shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
